Unknown Blogger Mathematica

This is an excellent textbook. The writing is clear. There are frequent illustrative examples and there is a consistent use of  fundamental approach and repetition of the core principles as one steps from discrete to continuous random variables, the important distributions. The comparison with frequentist approach for  point estimates, one-tailed and two-tailed analyses, mean comparisons and finally linear regression are extemely instructive.

Finally, the use of mixed priors to deal with the misspecified prior  was discussed and illsutrated by example.

There are example codes from   Bolstad package that accompanies this book  in one of the Appendices.
